Merry Kissmas

Awww......so cute Pixel and Pookie snuggling under the mistletoe, I just adore these images that Stampendous has come up with. Who doesn't love a good snuggle under the mistletoe with their sweetie??!!

Well my kids are starting to get quite excited about Santa's nearing visit, I am so lucky both girls still believe with all their hearts, a rare thing at age 12 1/2 and 11. I want my girls to be kids as long as they can, I had to grow up way too fast and didn't want that for them. Jason and I were saying what happens if they believe in Santa right up into adulthood....... well I guess we will have to break into their houses and leave gifts from Santa.....LOL!

Well i just have a few stocking stuffer's to wrap up then I am finished.....whew! Tomorrow we are going to have dinner with my Dad's sister, she seems to be having a bit of a difficult time adjusting to not having him here this year. I hope our visit will help her feel a little better.

Wishing you all a Very Merry Christmas!!

Supplies: CC designs, Pixel and Pookie stamps (Stampendous), Real red, bashful blue, watercolor paper, Daisy D's dp, Black ink, Copics, Ribbon, Brads, Bling and Dimensionals.

Hi there: I just love your blog. I absolutely love Pookie and his friend. I have searched every where for a stamp like this and the skating Pookie. Would you be so kind if you don't mind to share a stamped image with me? I can return some to you too. I have a lot of Stamping Bellas and High Hopes Stamps. I hope this is okay with you. You can e-mail me at:

I like the use of the baby blue color in this. Anytime a non traditional color is used, makes for more unusual cards and more paper to buy!

I am sorry to hear that this is your first christmas without your dad. I feel your pain, the holidays are hard when are loved ones are not here with us. This will be our 3rd christmas without our son Dylan (we never got a chance to celebrate christmas with him, he passed at 3 months old to SIDS). But know that your father may not be with you this holiday physically but he is with you in your heart and soul and thats all that matters.

Hi I love your card. I couldn't help but notice the other comments and this is your first Christmas without your Dad. The whole first year without somebody we love is so difficult. You will get through it...and it will get easier. Focus on the bright spots and know that he will always be in your heart...just keep that wonderful sense of humour. My dad passed away 20 years ago this past month and I still miss and I still love him but I cherish all the special memories specially this time of year.
(((((hugs))))

love your card! {{hugs}} to you & your family facing your first holidays without your dad. Reminisce about all the great memories of him...it gets easier with time. I've been without my dad since '81 and mom since '96 and I still miss them, esp at key times of the year. God Bless y'all
