Today's inspiration challenge was a picture of some cupcakes on a cake stand , which took me back to a favorite memory our wedding cake. I loved our wedding cake a friend of ours decorated the cakes for free but there was $300 worth of roses on it........LOL!

You can't really make it out in the picture but the background paper is a rich velvet with a damask print on it, it's gorgeous! Actually it is the paper that was on our wedding invitations.

Our Wedding Cake
Supplies: Bravo Burgundy and WW card stock, Velvet damask paper, Cuttlebug, Stickles, Prima flowers, Daisy Ribbon, Brads, Corner rounder, and Dimensionals.
That is so lovely and very much like the real thing! That CB swirls paper makes a terrific wedding cake. How clever.
